Meja Kasir is a fully offline point-of-sale (POS) application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how the app handles data, permissions, and in-app purchases.

We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal or sensitive user data.

2. Data Collection and Storage

All user data (transactions, products, settings) is stored locally on the user’s device. Meja Kasir does not connect to any external servers, nor does it require user login or registration.

3. Permissions Used

To support certain features, the app may request the following Android permissions:

• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To import backup files created by the user.
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: (Android 9 and below) To export backup data to device folders.
• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / DOCUMENTS: For accessing product images and backup files (Android 13+).
• BLUETOOTH / CONNECT / SCAN: To connect and print to Bluetooth thermal printers.
• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: Required by the system on Android 10–11 for Bluetooth scanning. No location is collected.

All permissions are used locally and only when features are actively triggered by the user.

4. Backup and Restore

Users can manually back up and restore their data using local device storage. The app never uploads or transmits data to any server.

5. In-App Purchases

Meja Kasir offers a one-time Premium upgrade via Google Play Billing. All transactions are securely handled by Google. The app does not store or access any personal or payment information.

6. Children's Privacy

Meja Kasir is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13.

7. Data Security

Because the app is fully offline, users are responsible for data security and backups. We strongly encourage you to back up your data regularly using the built-in feature.
